Webmin is the best alternative to commercial server management tool cpanel , installation of webmin is very simple ,
login to your server via command console or Putty application . once you are logged in enter these commands :

to copy paste simply copy the command and right click in putty to paste the command , note that when you paste the command it may not show up

Vast quantity of online users in Pakistan search and watch porn online , recent act by PTA clearly indicates that enforcing the freedom to browse isnt possible by custom filtering certain or huge URLS.

i think instead of implementing a enforced decision PTA / PTCl should improve parental controls options during user subscription to their service like there should be dedicated access for free browsers and dedicated for limited browsers who wish to dont have any access to porn websites , in this way there will be smooth user experience for both genres of users .
