i am using samsung pixon m8800 , during december / january ( winters ) mobiles with touch screen specially samsung pixon m8800 , iphone etc suffer screen freeze problem , it isnt a big issue or you dont need to repair the soft touch screen . there are 2 solutions to fix frozen screen :

1) move your cell phone screen near the heater or stove at a small distance so you can feel the heat , keep it there for around 10-12 seconds this method worked perfectly for me

2) keep your cellphone in sunlight for 10-20 mins ( not recommended )

method number 1 worked perfectly for me , dont know whats the exact reason behind that but it fixed the touch screen of my samsung m8800
